May not record - what does this mean?

If you attempt to record a show that has an airtime displayed in red, this warning will be displayed to indicate that your TiVo Series2™, or high-definition TiVo DVR may not receive the request in time.

To be sure that the show records, either schedule it to record directly on your TiVo Series2™, or high-definition TiVo DVR, or look at the Upcoming Episodes and choose one with a later air time.
