How TiVo rebates work

Is this a gift?

The rebate form requires you to copy some information from the carton. If you're buying as a gift, you can:

Ship the carton to yourself first
Get the UPC code and TiVo service number from the carton, complete the rebate form, then ship the carton to the recipient

– Or –

Ask the recipient
After the recipient has received the carton, ask them to give you the necessary information.

  • Activate TiVo service for your TiVo DVR. Minimum 1-year TiVo service commitment required. Early termination fees and other restrictions apply. See tivo.com/policies for details. No early termination fee applies if canceled within 30 days. Rebate not valid on TiVo packages (TiVo DVR and service bundle offers).
  • Pre-qualify at www.tivorebates.com, or print the rebate form below.
  • Mail in the rebate form with all required materials. When your TiVo DVR arrives, cut out your original UPC code from the carton (or make a copy), and include a dated receipt and rebate form (send in the printed web form if you pre-qualified!). Make a copy of all materials before you mail them.
  • Enjoy. Enjoy your new TiVo DVR while we prepare your rebate. It will arrive in 10 to 12 weeks after we receive your submission and TiVo service has been activated.

Note: Rebates only redeemable with TiVo DVRs purchased within the United States. Not applicable to Canadian TiVo DVR purchases.
