Create DVDs of TV Shows Recorded with your TiVo DVR Using your Mac

When your TiVo DVR is connected to your home network and you have installed the Roxio Toast Titanium software on your Mac, it's easy to transfer recorded shows to your computer so you can watch your favorite shows on your Mac, burn DVDs of your shows, or convert them for use your iPod, iPhone, or PSP. Creating a DVD on a Mac

Before you begin, make sure that you have transferred your shows to your Mac using using Roxio Toast Titanium software.

Hide the steps

Launch Roxio Toast Titanium, and select "DVD-Video" from the left navigation window.

In the main DVD-Video window, click "Add."

Navigate to the “TiVoShows” folder (typically in Users/username/TiVoShows).

Select the show(s) you want to add, and click "Choose.” Your selected shows will be added to the DVD-Video window.

In the DVD-Video left navigation window, choose a menu style. To get the same look and feel that you enjoy on your TiVo DVR, select "TiVo Central" as your menu style.

To title your DVD, select "More" and enter a DVD title in the "Disc Name" field. Then click "OK."

Click the red button on the bottom right of the screen to burn your DVD.

In the dialog box, set your DVD burning options and click “OK.”
