You can transfer any TiVo Service Payment Plan except Product Lifetime Service to another TiVo DVR at any time. | ||

WARNING: Rebates offered with the purchase of a new or refurbished TiVo DVR apply only if you activate a new service agreement. You will not receive a rebate if you transfer an existing service agreement to the newly-purchased DVR. | ||
Follow the steps below to transfer TiVo Service to your new DVR. | ||
1. Just go to Manage My Account. | ||
2. Log in to Manage My Account, or create a new login. If you encounter trouble logging in visit I Am Having Problems Logging in to Manage My Account. | ||
3. Select Change service number from the left navigation bar and follow the prompts. | ||
