Universal Swivel Search displays Internal Error #32

If you see Internal Error #32 while using Universal Swivel Search, one of the following has happened:

•  You tried to schedule a recording and your DVR does not yet have the matching program guide data.  If Universal Swivel Search finds a program on the TiVo Server that is scheduled to broadcast in 14 days and your DVR has program guide data for only the next 12 days, for example, you will see Error #32 when you try to schedule the recording. To correct this problem, you can either wait for the DVR to connect to the TiVo service, or initiate a connection yourself. (For instructions, see How do I connect to the TiVo Service?)

•  You tried to schedule a recording on a channel you do not receive. This can happen if you decided not to opt-in when you first used Universal Swivel Search. The TiVo Service gives you search results from all channels offered by your cable provider in your zip code, because it cannot get information on what channels you actually receive. If you decide to opt-in to avoid this problem, contact TiVo Customer Support.
